Process for User Registration on PrimedeQ Portal

Step 1:  Click on this link www.primedeq.com then you can see the home page as below:

Step 2: Click on Register icon on the right-top corner, which is highlighted in yellow colour

Step 3: Once you click on register you can see below page where you need to fill all the details and fields marked * are mandatory.

In case you do not find your ‘City’ / ‘State’ / or ‘Country’, please write to us on [email protected]

Once you fill all details click on Save & Next  

Step 4: Then you get the page as shown below. Fill the required details and attach a government issued document as company identity. Example: Hospital/ Company registration certificate, GST certificate, AERB/ PNDT certificate etc.
